Italy: Perugia close roster with arrival of a Latvian player

The young Latvian opposite Kristers Dardzāns, who played only one professional season, completed the roster of the current Italian volleyball Super Cup winners Sir Safety Conad Perugia for season 2021/22.
He is an interesting prospect and already a member of his country’s senior national team.
The teenage opposite, not yet 20 years old, has grown a lot in the last season, his first in the professional career.
He is an emerging youngster from Baltic volleyball who will undoubtedly make his way to Latvia’s squad for the upcoming European Championship.
He came from the titleholders of his homeland, Jēkabpils Lūši.
