Mevza League: 3 points for F4 hosts Aich/Dob. OK Merkur Maribor secure final four ticket!

On Saturday night, OK MERKUR Maribor recover from one set down to celebrate a four sets (25:18, 14:25, 19:25, 23:25) away victory on the field of UVC Holding Graz in their thirteenth Mevza League match this season.
Thus, second-placed Slovenia’s reigning national champions secured their Final Four tournament ticket. The clear leaders in the current standing ACH Volley Ljubljana and hosts SK Zadruga AICH/DOB had already been confirmed as participants in this Mevza League season’s climax scheduled for late February.

In the second match played on Saturday, SK Zadruga AICH/DOB defeated bottom of the table VKP BRATISLAVA 3-1 (25:21, 18:25, 25:23, 25:23) to move up to fourth place in the current charts with 21 points and a 7-6 win-loss record.
