With all seven matches of Round 26, regular season of 2021/22 Ligue A is officially over.
Despite mathematics (and the new standings) already put them to the top, and an imminent CEV Cup final to be played on Wednesday, no turnover or discounts to Narbonne, closing the game with a clear 3-0.
In third set, on the other hand, the resigned guests back to the field with several second lines.
Narbonne, however, remain at fourth place, because Sète (fifth), suffered a home defeat against Poitiers despite an amazing performace from Sclater, who ended the game with 31 punti and despite in fourth set finally Geiler back to the court.

This victory allowed the team from French capital to rise at sixth place, while Tourcoing (still without starting setter Sanchez)
slip to eighth place after a heavy defeat on the field of Nice, despite a good start by winning first set. Thus Nice will face Chaumont in quarterfinals, while Tourcoing will need a half miracle as they will face so far almost invincible Tours.
Close the picture the 3-1 of Cambrai over Nantes and the 2-3 between Cannes (who can be no more fielded Batak and Jimenez, and tonight also without Sossenheimer) and newcomers Plessis Robinson.
