Coupe de France: waiting for Toulouse – Tours, all results of 1/8 finals!

After the three preliminary rounds between the Ligue B teams, the marathon that will be this edition of Coupe de France has begun in earnest on Friday evening with the round of 16, an event that, in fact, will require a real “tour de force” for the winning team.
The quarter-finals will be played on Monday, the semifinals on Wednesday and the final (in Paris) on Friday: basically, 4 matches and 3 trips in a week for those who will reach the final!
In details, in the first match of the day, SĆØte eliminated 3-1 in a comeback and struggling more than expected a Cannes more combative than usual, and who recovered Sossenheimer, who play as the opposite (having lost both Batak and Jimenez, remember why?). In any case, in the quarter-finals, the winners will face Challenge Cup fresh winners Narbonne on the road, who needed only 3 sets to defeat a disappointing Tourcoing, who also wasted a 20-17 lead in the third set.
Another quarter-final defined, on the other side of the draw, is the one between a very good St. Nazaire (the only Ligue B team still in the competition after the resounding 3-0 home win against Nice) and Chaumont (with Gutierrez on the field instead of Mergarejo), who won in Paris in just 3 sets, and all comeback: from 20-16 and 23-21 in the first, from 19-12 and 21-18 in the second, from 24-23, 25-24, and 26-25 in the third!
Sextets modified in the duel between Plessis Robinson and Nantes: the hosts won 17-15 in the fifth set, who lined up Zuidberg and Rebeyrol in place of Rouzier and Hugo De Leon Guimaraes while, about the opposite, in addition to Neraudau in place
of the injured Bazin, were on the field FranƧois, Huetz and Loupias in place of Tomas Lopez, Petrus and Michel Saraiva. Plessis Robinson will go to Poitiers for the quarterfinals, as the rivals won 3-1 in comeback on the field of another team from Ligue B, Frejus.
