France: First win for Montpellier! Three points also for Paris on Saturday’s games of Round 4

Other two matches of 2022/23 Ligue A Round 4 were played today.
In the first, defending champions Montpellier finally can celebrate their first seasonal win, and they did it on the field of still undefeated Nice. The game ended in four sets (25:14, 17:25, 21:25, 17:25) and Theo Faure, with 23 points, 4 aces, 55% in attack and 2 winning blocks was named MVP of the match.

Also the second game ended in four sets and also in it the guests prevailed: Paris, despite the absences of Lawani and Jurkovics, won the derby on the field of Plessis-Robinson with these scores: 27:25, 23:25, 21:25 and 23:25.
Joachim Panou with 19 points and an excellent 72% in attack was named MVP of the game.

Tomorrow Tourcoing will face Poitiers at 5pm in the match that will close Round 4.
