Poland: Katowice and Lubin win at tie break advances of Round 6

Round 6 of 2022/23 Plusliga opens today with two advances, ended both at tie break by home sides.
In the afternoon, GKS Katowice defeat Ślepsk Malow Suwałki (23:25, 25:16, 20:25, 25:21, 15:11), with 23 points by Jakub Jarosz and 13 winning blocks.
In second scheduled match Cuprum Lubin managed to recover from 0-3 against Barkom Każany Lwów, eventually closing the game 3-2 (22:25, 18:25, 25:12, 25:17, 15:10) against the still winless rivals who, however, boast 3 points in the current standings and the 14th place ahead of BBTS Bielsko-Biała and LUK Lublin, both with 2.
Remigiusz Kapica was the most prolific player on the winning side with 24 points.
