Turkish Cup: Final is Arkas – Halkbank! Ziraat and Fenerbahçe eliminated in semifinals

Arkas Spor will face Halkbank in the 2024 Turkish Cup Final!
In a riveting 2023/24 AXA Sigorta Erkekler Kupa Voley semifinals in Bursa, Halkbank triumphed over Fenerbahçe Parolapara 3-1 (25:12, 25:16, 20:25, 26:24), setting the stage for a final showdown with Arkas Spor, who surprisingly eliminated Ziraat Bankkart after a thrilling game that ended with the score of 2-3 (25:23, 32:30, 23:25, 20:25, 11:15).
In their exciting semifinal, regular season winners Halkbank clinched their spot in the final Fenerbahçe Parolapara, with 15 winning blocks, 20 points by Nimir Abdel Aziz (1 ace, 3 blocks and 59% in attack) and 16 by Mirza Lagumdzija. Drazen Luburic scored 23 points on the losing side.
This sets up a thrilling final against Arkas Spor, which earlier secured their place by overcoming Ziraat Bankkart in a nail-biting match, with 26 points by Georg Grozer (52% in attack and 4 winning blocks), and 24 by Efe Mandiraci (49% in attack, 1 block and 2 aces).
The final showdown is scheduled for tomorrow, March 27, in the Cengiz Göllü Volleyball Hall.
