2024 CEV Silver League to Israel! What a comeback in final vs. Austria!

After an epic comeback from 0-2 in final against Austria, Israel National Team won 2024 CEV Silver League with the score of 3-2 (22:25, 25:27, 25:19, 29:27, 16:14) after 154 minutes of intense play.
To make the difference an impressive performance in blocking for the winners, who scored as many as 20 points from this element almost a set, at UVC Raiffeisen Volleydome in Ried Im Innkreis, against the hosts’ only 6!
Nothing to do for Austria, despite the 2 sets lead and 37 points from Michael Czerwinski (including 2 aces, 2 blocks and 53% in attack).
For the winners, Shay Libermann and Mark Rura were the most prolific players, scoring 20 and 19 points respectively, while Viacheslav Batchkala also contributed with 7 winning blocks.
