Russia: all results of Round 7 – Zenit Kazan and Dynamo Moscow to the top

Round 7 of 2024/25 Russian Superliga has been completed this week, with Zenit Kazan and Dynamo Moscow sharing the top of the standings both with 17 points.
The first one, on Friday, easily won on the field of ASK Nizhny Novgorod with a clean 0-3 (17:25, 19:25, 20:25), while the team from country’s capital, on Sunday, also celebrated an away win but needed five sets to prevail against the hosts Kuzbass Kemerovo, 2-3 (21:25, 25:20, 36:34, 24:26, 4:15).
Behind them Lokomotiv Novosibirsk and Belogorie Belgorod, with 15 points each, both victorious on Saturday, with the first one over Fakel Novyi Urengoy, 3-0 (25:14, 25:22, 25:18), and Belgorod won with the score of 3-1 (25:18, 25:23, 21:25, 25:14) over Gazprom-Yugra Surgut.
Four sets win also for Zenit St. Petersburg, on the field of Yenisey Krasnoyarsk, 1-3 (25:22, 22:25, 12:25, 21:25) and for Dynamo Ural, against Neftyanik Orenburg, 3-1 (25:22, 21:25, 25:21, 25:23).
Close the picture the tie break win of Dynamo LO over MGTU Moscow, 3-2 (25:22, 22:25, 25:16, 23:25, 23:21).
