Poland: no upsets on Saturday games of Round 12. 3 points for Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie, Lublin and Jastrzębski Węgiel

Round 12 of 2024/25 Plusliga continues today with other three games and without upsets, with three favorites who earned three points.
The big match of the round saw Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie down ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle with the score of 3-1 (25:20, 25:22, 20:25, 25:22). Karol Butryn led the charge with 20 points through 57% in attack, 2 aces and 1 block, while Bartosz Kwolek’s all-around effort earned him MVP recognition with 17 points to his name through 42% in attack, 3 blocks and 4 aces.
In another exciting clash, Bogdanka LUK Lublin swept PSG Stal Nysa 3-0 (25:21, 26:24, 25:22), earning their 10th victory of the season, led by Kewin Sasak shone with 22 points through 59% in attack, 1 block and 1 ace. Top scorers of the game included Tomasz Fornal with 16 points to his name through 42% in attack, 1 ace and 1 block, and Lukasz Kaczamarek, who added 15 through 67% in attack and 1 block, while MVP honors went to setter Benjamin Toniutti. Dominik Depowski scored 15 points on the other side of the net.
Round 12 will close tomorrow with last two games: Asseco Resovia Rzeszów will welcome PGE GiEK Skra Bełchatów, while PGE Projekt Warszawa will face Cuprum Stilon Gorzów.
