In big match of the day, as well as a direct clash for second place in the standings behind leaders Sir Susa Vim Perugia, Trento won on the field of Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza with the score of 1-3 (18:25, 22:25, 25:22, 22:25).
Despite the hosts’ resilience, setter Riccardo Sbertoli, MVP of the match, led his team to victory in a tense battle.

Monza overcomes Rana Verona 3-1 (27:25, 25:22, 18:25, 25:22) securing their second home victory with 5 players who left the court in double digit: Ivan Zaytsev, top scorer with 17 points to his name, closely followed by Arthur Szwarc, who added 16, Erik Rohrs, with 14 Taylor Averill, with 13, and MVP Thomas Beretta, who also contributed with 10. Noumory Keita, absolute top scorer of the match, scored 29 points in Verona’s jersey, but he wasn’t enough.
Close the picture Civitanova, who thrashes Modena in just three sets (25:11, 25:17, 25:20) with a stellat performance from the service line, with as many as 16 aces and 17 points from Adis Lagumdzija.
