Round 26 of 2024/25 Superliga has been completed today with last three scheduled games.
All easy for absolute leaders Zenit Kazan, who won on tue field of Neftyanik Orenburg without major problems with the score of 0-3 (19:25, 18:25, 20:25), boasting a +14 lead over their closest pursuers Lokomotiv Novosibirsk. With 54 points, they suffered a 0-3 (19:25, 22:25, 22:25) home defeat against Belogorie Belgorod on Saturday, now at third place with 53 points.
Behind them Zenit St. Petersburg and Dynamo Moscow, both with 52 points.
The first one had a day off this week, while the team from country’s capital celebrated today a clean win over ASK Nizhny Novgorod, also in straight sets, 3-0 (25:20, 25:19, 25:21). Straight sets win also for Dynamo Ural, victorious on the field of newcomers MGTU Moscow, 0-3 (22:25, 23:25, 18:25), while the other three games ended at tie break: Kuzbass Kemerovo won on the field of Fakel Novyi Urengoy, 2-3 (23:25, 25:23, 25:18, 17:25, 12:15), Dynamo-LO beat Yenisey Krasnoyarsk, 3-2 (23:25, 25:20, 17:25, 25:22, 15:12), and Gazprom-Yugra Surgut down NOVA Novokuybyshevsk 3-2 (25:14, 18:25, 25:19, 20:25, 15:13).
