Türkiye: Andrea Gardini new head coach of Galatasaray

Galatasaray HDI Sigorta has announced Italian expert Andrea Gardini as new head coach.
The club has signed him to a 1.5-year contract, which includes a one-year option.
The experienced coach brings an extensive international background, having previously led clubs such as AZS Olsztyn, ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Jastrzębski Węgiel and Skra Bełchatów in Poland, Piacenza in Italy, and most recently Greece’s Olympiacos.
A former legendary volleyball player, throughout his coaching career, he has achieved remarkable success, winning two Plusliga League titles, along with the Polish Cup and Polish Super Cup, but also a Greek Cup and a Greek Super Cup.
