2025/26 SMS Grup Efelerligi Round 12 has been played entirely today, with leaders Ziraat Bankkart remaining (almost) perfect with 32 points in the standings after a 3-0 25:22, 25:23, 25:19) win over İBB Spor Kulübü. Their only seasonal defeat was against their closest pursuers Halkbank, who today easily won on the field of last-placed (and still winless) Rams Global Cizre Bld. Spor Kulübü, 0-3 (14:25, 16:25, 15:25), so boasting 29 points in the standings. Behind them with 27 İstanbul Gençlik Spor Kulübü, after a 3-1 (25:21, 25:20, 21:25, 25:22) win over Altekma.
The major upset of the day was the straight sets home defeat of most quoted Fenerbahçe Medicana against a great Bursa Büyükşehir Bld., 0-3 (22:25, 20:25, 22:25), while Gebze Bld. also won their game in straight sets beating Kuşgöz İzmir Vinç Akkuş Belediyespor 3-0 (25:15, 25:22, 25:18).
Close the picture two games that ended both in four sets.
Spor Toto down Gaziantep Gençlik Spor Kulübü with the final score of 3-1 (25:15, 25:20, 22:25, 25:22), while Galatasaray HDI Sigorta, after losing first set, did the same on the field of On Hotels Alanya Bld., 1-3 (25:23, 22:25, 16:25, 21:25)
Efelerligi will continue between Wednesday, December 24 and Saturday, December 27 with Round 13.
