Türkiye: all results of Round 24 – 3 games ended at tie break, wins for all favorites

Round 24 of 2025/2026 SMS Grup Efeler Ligi has been played entirely today, without major upsets, and with three games that ended in five sets.
No problem for leaders Ziraat Bankkart, who sweep Gaziantep Gençlik Spor Kulübü with a clean 3-0 (25:20, 25:10, 25:22) with a good performance from Trevor Clevenot, who tallied 13 points through 59% in attack and 68% of positive receptions, while their closest pursuers, Halkbank, now at -5 with 67 points in the standings, needed a tie break to win on the field of Spor Toto, 2-3 (25:21, 21:25, 25:22. 18:25, 12:15).
The same happened in İstanbul, where Galatasaray HDI Sigorta needed five sets to win against the hosts İstanbul Gençlik Spor Kulübü, 2-3 (30:28, 18:25, 28:30, 25:23, 19:21), reaching third place in the standings with 45 points also thanks to Jean Patry, who scored 21 points through 40% in attack, 3 aces and 1 block.
After winning first two sets, On Hotels Alanya Bld. suffered Bursa Büyükşehir Bld. comeback and eventually lose the game at tie break too, 2-3 (25:20, 25:23, 22:25, 19:25, 11:15), while Fenerbahçe Medicana struggled more than expected against Kuşgöz İzmir Vinç Akkuş Belediyespor, winning the game 3-1 (25:21, 23:25, 25:18, 25:15), with an amazing performance from middleblocker Bathélémy Chinenyeze, who left the court with 18 points through an impressive 92% in attack (11/12), 3 aces and 4 blocks!
Close the picture the only game that has been closed in straight sets, with Gebze Bld. who down İBB Spor Kulübü 3-0 (25:22, 25:22, 25:16).
Efelerligi will continue already on Wednesday, March 18, with all scheduled games of Round 25.
