Italy: Modena sweep Cuneo in Game 1 for 5th place

Last Game 1 of 2025/26 Superlega CredemBanca Playoffs 5th Place, after the clean victories of Vero Volley Monza and Allianz Milano over Padova and Cisterna, respectively, also ended in straight sets, with Valsa Group Modena who prevailed over MA Acqua San Bernardo Cuneo with the score of 3-0 (25:22, 25:21, 25:21).
Vlad Davyskiba led the charge with 18 points to his name against a Cuneo who struggled from the serve line (only 2 aces) and will now need a win at home to stay alive, despite a good performance from Alexandre Strehlau, author of 15 points through 48% in attack and 2 aces.
