The 205/26 SMS Grup Efeler Ligi PlayOffs best-of-five Final series started today with a 3-1 (25:23, 20:25, 25:21, 25:19) success of regular season winners Ziraat Bankkart over third-placed Galatasaray HDI Sigorta.
Tomasz Fornal led the charge with 19 points through 72% in attack and 1 block, well supported by Trevor Clevenot who added 10 through 56% in attack, while Jean Patry tallied 19 points too on the losing side with 66% in attack, but he wasn’t enough.
Game 2 on Friday, April 24, while tomorrow Halkbank will welcome Spor Toto in best-of-three series for third place.
