Representing Colombia, he was named Most Valuable Player, Best Opposite and Best Scorer of the tournament after recording:

Portuguese volleyball is officially back in action across Europe and full of ambition.
On Monday, August 3 at 8:30 a.m., head coach João José will gather his men’s squad at the Pavilhão de Santa Maria Maior in Viana do Castelo. The team will begin preparations for what would be a remarkable achievement: Portugal’s fourth consecutive appearance at the CEV EuroVolley final tournament, scheduled to take place from September 6 to 29 across Bulgaria, Finland, Italy and Romania.

Portugal’s campaign in Pool B, to be played in Sofia (Bulgaria), will immediately feature a demanding schedule against some of the world’s strongest teams:

September 10 – Portugal vs Poland (defending European champions)
September 11 – Portugal vs Bulgaria (world runners-up and hosts)
September 13 – Portugal vs Israel
September 14 – Portugal vs Ukraine
September 15 – Portugal vs North Macedonia
