Poland is set to remain at the centre of the international volleyball calendar as the Śląskie region has been confirmed as the host of the FIVB Men’s Club World Championship in both 2026 and 2027.

The two-year hosting agreement will bring the world’s leading men’s clubs back to one of volleyball’s most passionate markets, with Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie serving as the local host and working alongside its partners to welcome teams and fans from around the globe.
The decision further underlines Poland’s position as one of the key pillars of world volleyball, while guaranteeing a first-class stage for one of the most prestigious club competitions in the sport.

Each edition will feature eight of the best clubs from the season, with a total of 16 matches played as they battle for the title of FIVB Men’s Club World Champion. Beyond the trophy itself, the tournament will bring together some of the biggest names in the game, wearing the colours of the clubs, cities and communities that have shaped their careers.

That is also part of what makes the Club World Championship unique: it is not simply a meeting of elite players, but a celebration of club identity, history and tradition. Across two weeks of competition, those stories will meet on the court as the world’s best clubs compete for the most coveted prize in international club volleyball.

The 2026 edition will take place from 15 to 20 December, with the group stage hosted at Arena Katowice and Arena Sosnowiec. The decisive phase of the tournament, including the semi-finals and medal matches, will be played at Hala Sportowa Częstochowa.

For Volleyball World, the decision to entrust the Śląskie region with the competition for two consecutive years is part of a broader long-term vision for the continued growth of club volleyball on the global stage.
The aim is not only to raise the profile of the participating clubs and players, but also to strengthen the identity and visibility of the competition itself, while giving fans the opportunity to experience world-class volleyball in one of the sport’s most established and passionate environments.
Further details regarding the participating clubs, ticket sales and the full match schedule for the 2026 and 2027 editions will be announced at a later date.
