EuroVolley Pool D in Romania continues – France sweep Türkiye, Germany reject the hosts’ comeback

In Pool D, France beat Turkey 3-0 (25:19, 25:20, 25:20), inflicting a second consecutive loss on the rivals at CEV Enel EuroVolley 2026 in 82 minutes of play.
Olympic Champions were better in attack – 43 successful attacks with 56% efficiency, while Théo Faure finished as the top scorer for the winners with 16 points through 60%. The French also recorded 5 aces, while Turkey had only 1.
On the other side of the net, Adis Lagumdzija also scored 16 points, but this was not enough.
