1 min read
Born in České Budějovice on 5 November 1999, the 206cm left-hander opposite Marek Šotola is a new player of Gebze Belediyesi.
His professional career began with Jihostroj České Budějovice before taking him abroad to Poitiers in France. He then moved to Germany, where he won three national titles with Berlin Recycling Volleys, before spending two seasons with Turkish powerhouse Halkbank Ankara.
His talent had already been recognised at youth level, with he named the best opposite at both the U19 and U20 European Championships. He has also been voted Czech Player of the Year several times.
Now another Turkish chapter awaits, as he has signed for Gebze Belediyesi, bringing an established international opposite to the Efeler Ligi and adding a major name to the club’s roster for the new season.
