What about Champions League 2018/19?
The competition will start on October 9 with the home matches of the first round and continue until to determine the two teams that will eventually qualify for the pool stage. The program for the 4th Round will be taking place on 2 November 2018. The men’s competition features 34 teams, with 18 seeded to the 4th Round already qualified, and 16 teams will contest the first round. The eight winners progressing to the second round until comes down to four teams fighting for the two remaining places available. The summary in following images (from the CEV official site):
