Simon will play for Bulgaria?

The Cuban-born volleyball champion Robertlandy Simon, now a Lube Civitanova’s player, has been connected somehow to the Bulgarian men’s national team. This source come from the website sportal.bg, that announcing the statement of Lubo Ganev, who has confirmed this informations: “We have sent all the papers on this subject, to change the sports citizenship of Simon Robertlandy. Once these documents become active, we will agree with the Cuban Volleyball Federation and we will wait for a 2-year period to expire, which will provide all conditions for Simon to play for our national team, according to the FIVB rules.”
