Milano-Modena: great show at match of the records!

What a show for Revivre Axopower Milano! At the Mediolanum Forum totally sold out, they destroyed in straight sets Modena and enjoys the enthusiasm and joy of the 13.343 fans present.
These three points allow to clearly consolidate the fifth place, and with the Mediolanum Forum crowded in every order of number and seats, Milano writes its own history and places the attendance record and the receipts record (€ 94126.40) for a regular season match.
This was a victory that does not admit replica and that testifies of the superiority, in this match, of the team of coach Giani on the opponents.

First set and first break for Milano with Urnaut’s pipe error: 4-2.

Thanks to an attack out of Anzani is 18-17, an action followed by the Piano’s block on the same Anzani (19-17). The 3rd point in row comes with the counterattack of Clevenot: 21-18, and another block for 23-19! Hirsch finds the ace of 24-19, but it is Nimir who closes set and match for the final ecstasy on 25-20!

Nimir Abdel Aziz, who played some opaque matches in the last period, this time is author of 19 points (69% in attack), which make him absolute MVP of the match.
Excellent match also for the Slovenian Mittleblocker Jan Kozamernik: 8 points, 83% in attack and 2 winning blocks, both on the decisive moments of the match.
On the other side, only Bartosz Bednorz reached a double-digit performance: for him a really good match, with 14 points and 60% in attack.
