#ChampionsLeague: Reigning champions down Halkbank, victories also for Zenit Sp, Modena, Skra, Gdansk and Dinamo Moscow.

The reigning champions of Zenit Kazan have scored yesterday the third victory in the CEV Champions League 2018/2019 by beating the Turkish champions Halkbank in four sets. Maxim Mikhailov with 17 points and Earvin Ngapeth with 14 points were the top scorers for Zenit, while on the other side Burutay Subasi scored 17 points and Drazen Luburic controbuted with 15.
Victory also for Zenit St. Petersburg, which have downed the German of Friedrichshafen in straight sets 3-0. A super Georg Grozer led the Russian team with 23 points, while Oreol Camejo contributed with 15.
Modena won against Karlovarsko in straight sets, and Giulio Pinali ended the match as top scorer with 20 points.
Two Polish teams which have also scored the victories: Gdansk defeated Maaseik in four sets, while Skra downed BR Volleys in Germany in straight sets.
Closes the picture the battle between Dinamo Moscow and Tours volleyball, won by the russian side in straight sets but with following results: 27:25, 26:24, 26:24. The top scorer of the match was a Tours’ player: Hermans Egleskans with 18 points, however he was enough. On the winning side Shkulyavichus scored 15 points….while Shcherbinin was author of 7 winning blocks!
