The Polish Volleyball team Asseco Resovia Rzeszów announced two big signings for the next season: Zbigniew Bartman and Nicolas Maréchal.
The 32-year-old Bartman, who collected 137 caps for Poland national team, returned to play in his home country after four seasons and in Resovia after five. In the last two seasons, he competed with UPCN San Juan Voley Club in Argentina, winning the title and MVP award in the first of these two seasons.

Maréchal, a one-time FIVB World League and CEV European Championship winner with France national team, he also returned to play in Poland. Last time he played in Plus Liga was in the 2015/16, in PGE Skra Bełchatów. The 32-year-old outside hitter came from Enisey Krasnoyarsk, in Russia.
