The round 9 of French Ligue A was completed yesterday. Rennes resists at the top of the standings which, while struggling, won 3-1 on the Ajaccio field and remains at +2 on Montpellier which has clearly defeated a Cannes in decrease in straight sets (fifth consecutive defeat after the 4 victories initials). In the big match of the Round Poitiers defeated 3-1 Chaumont. Among the hosts, who in the fourth set recovered from 21:23 and canceled 2 set points, 45 points in two for Neves Atu and El Grauoi while the great Atanasov performance was not enough for the guests to make up the bad match of the Cuban Yant (finished on the bench).
The ascent in the chart of the reigning champions Tours continues: clear and convincing 3-0 to Paris that has not been able to face the absences of the Brazilian Kadu, and also because of the decidedly negative performance of Fukuzawa. In the direct clash of the bottom of the standings Narbonne has paid the persistence of the absences of Zanotti, Shaw and Bassereau (for the latter a few short appearances on the field) and was defeated in straight sets by Nice who has thus abandoned the last place. The 3-1 of Toulouse at Nantes closes the picture.
