Round 10 of the French Ligue A was completed last night. In the big match between the top two of the standings, Rennes defeated Montpellier in four sets, led by a fantastic performance by Czech Baranek, author of 22 points, including two aces and two winning blocks, and 80% in attack, and of Rafael Araujo, who added 21.
In the other game, Chaumont (with 12 aces!) beat Natbonne without lot of difficults in straight sets, definitely in crisis with the absences of injured Shaw, Basserau and Zanotti. Winkelmuller scored 17 points for the winners (67% in attack).
