Canadian opposite Gavin Schmitt puts down 45 points in Korea!

1 min read

Gavin Schmitt is playing with rivals’ defenses in the 2019/20 South Korean Volleyball Championship regular season: the experienced Canadian opposite, who is back to the Korean Championship after seven years, has exploded in yesterday match. Just as the half of the 2019/20 Dodram V-League regular season approaches, he decided “to shake things” by scoring 45 points in the four sets (25:22, 25:19, 21:25, 25:23) win of his team, Suwon KEPCO Vixtorm, in the match against Uijeongbu KB Insurance Insurance Stars!
It was a clash of the two teams occupying the last two spots in the charts after 17 games. Interestingly, the opposite staged his best performance output this season prior to today against the same rivals, and 45 points is the best single-game scoring performance in South Korea this season. At least, for now!
