Kampa undergoes serious shoulder surgery

The Germany Volleyball National Team setter and captain of the Polish club Jastrzębski Węgiel Lukas Kampa underwent shoulder surgery arthroscopy in his home country during which doctors reconstructed damaged labrum.
The 33-year-old player has probably had this damage for several seasons, but only felt severe pain in the very finish of the last season.
The predicted return of Kampa to the court is about three to four months, meaning that he should be ready for the start of the new season, which is planned for the last days of September.
