Turkey: Medei remains at helm of Ziraat Bankası

The Turkish volleyball side Ziraat Bankası won’t change its head coach: the Italian expert Giampaolo Medei agreed to command the Ankara based team for one more season.
Former head coach of Italy’s and France’s powerhouses Cucine Lube Civitanova and Tours, respectively, he came to the Ankara team a year ago. Recall that last season, Ziraat were fifth in the standings of the Turkish Championship at the moment of the cancellation of the season due to coronavirus.
