France: Chaumont lost unbeaten record, Cannes back to the victory and the others of Round 4

The first 6 games of Round 4 of French Ligue A were played last evening.
Chaumont lost their unbeaten record, unexpectedly losing 3-1 on the field of Cambrai (and now the 2 teams have both 9 points in the charts), also due to the bad day of the Cuban opposite Herrera (15 points and only 36% in attack). Excellent performance instead for the opposite of the home team Tupchii, named MVP of the match with 25 points and 59% in attack.
The other team on the top with 9 points is Narbonne, who defeated SĆ©te by 3-1 (Karlitzek’s 6 aces were not enough).
On the other hand, the only team left at 0 points is Poitiers, overwhelmed with humiliating partials by Montpellier in a match absolutely without story (25:18, 25:16, 25:9). Another clear result, is Toulouse’s 3-0 against Nice (25:17, 25:18, 25:21).
The defending champions of Cannes return to win, with a good 1-3 on the field of Nantes, with Sossenheimer (22 points, 58% in attack, 1 block and 3 aces) MVP of the match.
Tourcoing closes the picture, which were very close to the sensational home defeat against newcomers Plessis Robinson but, at a disadvantage first 0-2 and then also 1-5 and 12-14 in the tie-break, they managed to made a comeback to win the game. Good performance of the opposite Winkelmuller, top scorer and MVP of the match with 28 points and 63% in attack.
