Russia: Lokomotiv drop first set this season but reach 7-0 by winning Siberian derby that closed Round 7

1 min read

Lokomotiv won the Siberian derby against Kuzbass Kemerovo (still without Brazilian Allan) in a match which marked the closing of Round 7 of the 2021/22 Russian Superliga Parimatch, with a score of 3-1.
The Kemerovo side became the first team to win a set from the champions this season, but it didn’t save it from not losing the fourth match in a row, as the winners continued their unbeaten run (7-0) to remain at the top of the standings.
Serbian Dražen Luburić and Sergey Savin (four blocks) were the most prolific players in the Novosibirsk team with 17 points each.
Among the guests, knee injury for Obmochaev.
