1 min read

Cucine Lube Civitanova and Sada Cruzeiro will fight for the title in the FIVB Volleyball Club World Championship for the second time in a row.
Italian powerhouse will have the chance to defend the title in the competition won in 2019.
Lube were better than Trentino in the all-Italian duel in the semi-finals after five hard-fought sets, with the latter dropping a four-point lead in the tie-break (9-5). Lube converted only their seventh match ball, being led by Cuban Marlon Yant, the most prolific player with 28 points, while Osmany Juantorena missed another match in the event and will hardly likely go out to the court in the final, too.
Ivan Zaytsev had some playing minutes but only in the first set, and both are convalescents.

The official hosts of the tournament, Sada Cruzeiro, secured a place in the title decider after beating countrymen Funvic 3-1 (25:17, 25:22, 23:25, 25:16).
The top scorer for the winners was Wallace de Souza with 18 points.
