Austria: Sokol swept Hartberg, Hypo Tirol leaves the bottom of the charts!

Two matches of Austrian Volley League Zwischenrunde, Intermediate Round, were played on Saturday.
Sokol swept Hartberg, Hypo Tirol VT leaves the bottom of the current charts.
Leaders TJ Sokol V/Post SV Wien needed 101 minutes to defeat TSV Raiffeisen Hartberg in their home court after being two sets behind. Partially it was 18:25, 25:17, 17:25, 25:14 and 15:10.
Daniel Morgunov (21) and Tobias Ofner (20) were the best scorers among the winners, while Cordies Salazar Yanier (21) and Dmytro Fedorenko (15) scored the most points in Styrian side.

On the other match of the day VBC TLC Weiz was stunned by newcomers Hypo Tirol volleyball team, in a match ended in straight sets 0-3 (18:25, 17:25, 14:25) in just 59 minutes. This means that the winners left the bottom of the current charts, now shared with Hartberg with same number of points, and the gap with third-placed VBK Wörther-See-Löwen Klagenfurt is now only two points.
Recall that, the top 3 of the intermediate round qualify for the quarterfinals.
Top scorers among the winners were the brothers Leander and Finn Örley with 16 and 11 respectively.
For the hosts, no player scored a double digits: Mark Kremer (7) and Michael Pekar (6) were the most prolific players.
