Italy: final four partecipants of playoffs 5th place determined

Round 5, the last one, of Superlega CredemBanca Playoffs for 5th Place to determine a partecipant of next edition of CEV Challenge Cup, has been played today.
In very first match of the day, played at 2.30 pm, Vero Volley Monza defeated Gioiella Prisma Taranto with a hard fought 3-0 (25:23, 25:23, 25:23). Monza thus ended this part of competition at third place, behind leaders Gas Sales BluEnergy Piacenza, who in the evening win in four sets on the field of Allianz Milano (25:20, 27:29, 23:25, 19:25, PHOTOGALLERY OF THE MATCH ), and the real upset Top Volley Cisterna, who ended at second place after a tie break home defeat against Verona Volley 2-3 (24:26, 25:16, 22:25, 25:20, 17:19) who, with this victory, eliminated Milano.
