Poland: undefeated Jastrzębski and Olsztyn closed Round 11 with victories

Round 11 of 2022/23 Plusliga has been completed today with last two games.
In first one, another win for leaders Jastrzębski Węgiel, who celebrated their 14th win in a row counting all competitions. Today’s victim was Ślepsk Malow Suwałki, and the game ended 0-3 (22:25, 17:25, 25:27) in favor of the visiting team, who now boast 33 points in the current charts and a perfect 11-0.
Tomasz Fornal and Trevor Clevenot were the top scorer among the winners with 13 points each, with the latter named MVP of the game with 69% in attack and 3 winning blocks, while Bartosz Filipiak scored 17 on the losing side.
The other game was a battle, and Indykpol AZS Olsztyn back to the victory after four defeats in a row. They did it by beating Barkom Każany Lwów by 2-3 (22:25, 25:23, 19:25, 28:26, 13:15) on the road, with 23 points of Bartłomiej Lipiński and 16 by an excellent Mateusz Poręba, who boasts a super 92% in attack and also 4 of his team’s 12 winning blocks. Vasyl Tupchii scored 24 points on the other side of the net.
