What an upset in a match played today valid for Round 18 of 2022/23 Plusliga!
A great LUK Lublin defeated former leaders Jastrzębski Węgiel at tie break – 2-3 (19:25, 25:23, 30:28, 22:25, 13:15).
For Jastrzębski this was second defeat in a row after the one on the field of Indykpol AZS Olsztyn, and this means third place in the standings with 42 points, behind Resovia and Aluron, to the top both with 43 points in the current charts.
Szymon Romać was named MVP of the game with 22 points, 1 ace, 2 blocks and 54% in attack, while Frenchman Stephen Boyer scored the same number of points for the losing side.
