China and Iran will face each others for Grand Final in 19th Asian Games!

China and Iran emerged victorious in their respective semifinal duels in the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, China.
Both teams remain unbeaten, setting the scene for a thrilling clash.

China, the hosts, playing at Linping Sports Center Gymnasium in Hangzhou, amazed the local fans with a dominating 3-0 (25:15, 25:20, 25:21) win over the strong Japan.
Earlier in the day, defending champions Iran displayed their prowess by beating past FIVB Challenger Cup silver medallists Qatar in straight sets too (25:20, 25:20, 25:22).
With this victory, they’ll play for their third consecutive Asian Games title.

On the horizon also an exciting bronze medal match in which Japan will face Qatar.
