Champions League: Guaguas Las Palmas and Olympiacos Piraeus to the next stage!

Second Round of 2023/24 CEV Champions League is over and we know the name of the two teams who will progress to the next Round, joining finally the prestigious Pool Stage.
In Pool V at SC Master Zemun, Serbia, Austrian Champions Hypo Tirol Volleyball Team back to the win by beating Montenegro’s Budva in just 67 minutes of play, 3-0 (25:20, 25:14, 25:18). And in just 67 minutes of play, they aso recorded as many as 15 winning blocks, but this wasn’t a result that marked their qualification, also due yesterday’s stop against Spain’s Guaguas Las Palmas, who won the Pool without losing a single points after today’s win over the hosts Partizan Beograd, 3-1 (25:20, 25:23, 23:25, 25:19). So the Serbian side, Innsbruck and Budva said good bye to the European Club Elite competition.
In Pool VI at Sports Hall in Galati, Romania, nothing to do for Ukraine’s SC “Prometey” DNIPRO who, despite a win against Bulgaria’s Neftohimik Burgas by 1-3 (20:25, 17:25, 25:20, 15:25), had to say goodbye to the Champions League too together today’s rivals.
To progress to the next stage are in fact undefeated Olympiacos Piraeus, from Greece, who today defeated Pool hosts C.S. Arcada Galati by 1-3 (25:22, 18:25, 19:25, 26:28) with 9 points in the standings.
Guaguas Las Palmas joined Pool D, while Olympiacos will play in Pool A.
