Poland: Aluron to third place! 3 points also for Stal Nysa, 2 for Lublin

Victory also for BOGDANKA LUK Lublin, who needed five sets to win on the field of Indykpol AZS Olsztyn – 2-3 (29:27, 25:23, 18:25, 20:25, 9:15), despite more than 4000 home fans and 24 points apiece from Alan Souza and Moritz Karlitzek, both with 57% in attack. The winners, however, were better in serving (11 aces to 6) and blocking (11 to 6 too), and they were led in score by Alexandre Ferreira, author of 20 points including 2 aces and 3 blocks, through 56% in attack, and an excellent Tobias Brand, who also contributed with 16 with 2 aces, 1 block and 87% in attack (13/15).
Marcin Komenda was named MVP of the match.
