Predictions respected in the game that opened second week of 2024/25 CEV Champions League, with italian powerhouse Sir Sicoma Monini Perugia who literally destroyed Saint Nazaire with the score of 0-3 (17:25, 20:25, 13:25) in France in a game valid for Pool D.
In one-sided game, with the hosts without players in double digit, Wassim Ben Tara scored 14 points through an impressive 80% in attack, well supported by 13 from Kamil Semeniuk (64%) and 10 from Oleh Plotnytskyi (53%). The winners outclassed Saint Nazaire also in blocking (10 to 3), and from the service line (7 aces to 1).
