Italy: predictions respected in advances of Round 11 – 3 points for Trento and Civitanova

The two early matches of the 11th round in 2024/25 SuperLega Credem Banca were played today, featuring standout performances from super favorite Lube Civitanova and Itas Trentino.
The first one dominated the Marche derby with a sweeping (23:25, 18:25, 21:25) victory over newcomers and last-placed Yuasa Battery Grottazzolina, securing their first away win of the season with a dominant performance at PalaSavelli. Adis Lagumdzija’s impressive 16 points through 90% attack rate led the team to victory. Despite Grottazzolina’s spirited efforts, including a strong serve game from Tatarov, crucial errors in decisive moments of the game allowed Civitanova to control the match.

At Il T Quotidiano Arena in Trento, they capitalized on their home advantage to overcome a resilient Padova side with Key contributions from Alessandro Michieletto and MVP Kamil Rychlicki, who shared 42 points. This win places Trentino atop the standings, surpassing Perugia with a game in hand.
