Poland: Bełchatów close Round 3 with a win over ZAKSA. 3 points for Olsztyn

Round 3 of 2025/26 Plusliga has been closed today with last two games.
In the first one, PGE GiEK Skra Bełchatów pulled off a comeback victory over ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle in a big classic of Polish volleyball, 3-2 (21:25, 21:25, 26:24, 27:25, 15:13).
After falling behind 0-2, the home team managed to win their second match of the season, leaving ZAKSA still searching for their first victory. Bartosz Krzysiek led the winners with 15 points to his name through 65% in attack as well as MVP award, while Bartłomiej Lemański added 14, Antoine Pothron 13, and Zouheir El Graoui also contributed with 11. For ZAKSA, Kamil Rychlicki topped the chart with 19 points, followed by Rafał Szymura and Karol Urbanowicz who added 16 each, and Szymon Jakubiszak with 13.
In the evening, Indykpol AZS Olsztyn defeated Barkom-Każany Lwów to claim their second win of the season led by MVP Moritz Karlitzek, who left the court with 18 points, while Paweł Halaba and Jan Hadrava, with 16 and 14 respectively, also proved to be decisive.
Barkom’s Lorenzo Pope led all scorers with 22 points, backed by Illia Kovalov with 18 and Vasyl Tupchii with 16, but the team’s 32 errors proved costly.
Plusliga will continue already tomorrow with an advance of Round 12, scheduled on December, between Cuprum Stilon Gorzów and Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie.
