France: Round 23 continues – straight sets win for Sète and Poitiers!

Surely a great moment for the winners who, in addiction to win a game against a direct rivals for playoffs race, collected 12 points in last five games played (3 points against Plessis Robinson, Saint Nazaire, Ajaccio and now also Nice, losing only against Montpellier!).
Benedikt Sablatnig earned MVP honors with 13 points to his name through 60% in attack and 4 aces, including the one that closed the game.
Straight sets win also for Poitiers who, interestingly, after beating leaders Tours at tie break a week ago, today sweep also Tourcoing, 0-3 (22:25, 18:25, 22:25), collecting two victories against two powerhouses of championship!
Setter Anatole Chaboissant earned MVP honors, while Thomas Pujol led the charge with 20 points through 53% in attack, 31% positive receptions and 2 blocks. Kevin Kobrine also contributed with 17, while Simon Magnin also closed the game in double digit with 10 points through 83% in attack and 5 winning blocks!
Round 23 will close tomorrow with the remaining four games, with two direct clashes for playoffs race, Toulouse – Plessis Robinson and Narbonne – Cannes, another to stay in Ligue A with Chaumont who will welcome last-placed Ajaccio, while leaders Tours will play on the field of second-to-last Saint Nazaire.
