Italy: Trento to final for 5th Place. Monza defeated in straight sets again

After an easy straight sets win in front of their home fans in Game 1 of 2025/26 Superlega CredemBanca semifinals for 5th Place, super favorite Itas Trentino did the same on the field of Vero Volley Monza winning Game 2 with the score of 0-3 (21:25, 16:25, 16:25) in just 72 minutes of play.
A success that is worth the ticket for final against the winners between Allianz Milano and Valsa Group Modena, who will face each others tomorrow with the latter who boasted a 1-0 lead.
The winners were better in all elements with 57% of team performance in attack, 9 blocks and 6 aces in a game in which Monza tried to reply only until 22-20 of first set.
Jordi Ramon earned MVP honors leaving the court as top scorer with 16 points to his name through 67% in attack and 2 blocks, well supported by Daniele Lavia who added 11, 2 blocks and 2 aces.
The only negative points was the injury of Theo Faure, forced to left the court in second set due a lower back pain.
