France: Chaumont announces first new faces of 2026/27 and new head Coach!

A new era officially begins for Chaumont.
After a disappointing 2025/2026 season, the French club is proud to unveil its 2026/2027 roster, as well as its new Head Coach.
Brazilian Marcelo Fronckowiak will be new head coach, last season in Romania with Steaua Bucuresti.
Setters Thomas Gill (last season in Toulouse) and Thomas Helfer (from Romania’s Unirea Dej, opposite Finnish Veikka Lindqvist from Allianz Milano, Italy, outside hitters U.S. Jacob Pasteur, Israel’s Shay Liberman (great protagonist with the jersey of Nice last season) and Brazilian Joao Frank (from Ceske Budejovice), liberos Théo Durand and U.S. Kyle D’Agostino, champion of Germany with Berlin Recycling Volleys.
Middle blockers Brazilian Hiago Crins, last season in The Netherlands’ playing for Orion Stars and Daniel Iyegbekedo, CEV Cup champion with Italy’s Piacenza.
