Eurovolley 1/8 Finals: Poland wins 3-0 once again! Easy victory vs. Spain

Poland win 3-0 for the fifth time in a row, this time against Spain, and they needed just 68 minutes to beat the rivals in the eighth final of the European Championship. In a fully packed Omnisport stadium in Apeldoorn (6500 spectators) the team of head coach Vital Heynen defeated Spain in straigh sets. Poland, with Wilfredo Leon as the top scorer and author of 19 points, had no significant problems with their opponents. By winning the eighth final, Poland already improved their result from EuroVolley 2017, when they ended 10th in their own country. On Monday night in Apeldoorn, at 20:00 local time, Poland will meet Germany in the quarter-final.
