Latvian team Jekabpils Lusi has chosen to leave the European competition following the restrictions caused by Covid19.
As a result, Allianz Powervolley Milano is officially qualified for 1/8 final of the CEV Challenge Cup 2020-2021. The two teams were initially supposed to compete on 3 November (first leg in Latvia) and on November 11 (second leg in Milano). The italian side thus detaches the pass for the 1/8 finals, where it will meet the winner of the match between Calcit Kamnik and OK Vardar Skopje.
As for the all-French match of the same competition, due to coronavirus cases in Cannes, the match scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday 3 November against Nantes, has been postponed until further notice. The same two teams met last Friday in match valid for Ligue A Round 6.
