Graz loses Mevza League duel with Maribor, who extend winning streak to 5 matches in a row

On Wednesday evening UVC Holding Graz had to surrender in its fifth Mevza League game and is still waiting for the first point in their debut season in the competition. 1-3, partially 22:25, 18:25, 25:21, 17:25, is the final result against the current leaders of OK Merkur Maribor. Due to some COVID-19 cases in the past few weeks, however, the team did not travel to Slovenia with all players. Top scorers of the matcb were Ahmed Ikhbayri for Maribor and Tiago Pereira for Graz, with 18 points each.
